An
autoresponder System
is an automated email marketing system, that was developed to meet a
pressing need of internet marketers on the internet who want to make money
helping other marketers by giving them a service they desperately need -
the ability to effectively follow-up with prospects!
Your
customers will get an automatic INSTANT reply from you 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week! Plus, you can schedule additional automatic
pre-written follow up messages as often as you like!
If you're already using auto responders or an automatic responder and have
been for some time, you'll understand the huge benefits of automatic
responder email marketing when applied to your prospects, especially when
they're hot and willing to buy.
Follow-up
for Profits
Those running an online business will tell you that the "Dollars" are in the
follow-ups. Just purchasing a bunch of leads and sending them an email or
two will most likely get you very little response. The key is to continually
follow-up with your prospective clients over time to show them you are
serious about your business. Our system can do this for you automatically
and with very little effort.
The Power
Of Many... With The Work Of A Few.
It's a well-established fact that autoresponders are a necessary tool for
selling online, because they automate the follow-up sales process. This
means few (people) can do the work of many (people.) Statistics indicate
that a factor of at least 7 follow-up messages are needed before
people will TRUST you enough to buy from you online.
However, following up with a sequence of customer orientated sales letters
is only PART of the process.
OFF line, people do not establish rapport with each other instantly, so why
is it that online marketers think it is different in this faceless ON line
medium we call the web?
The simple facts are that selling anybody anything is a process, and online
this process takes longer ... unless you engage more of the senses people
use. Calling your new prospect will ALWAYS improve your numbers.
Don't rely
on your autoresponder to replace your voice over the phone. Autoresponder
letters are for warming up a prospect, getting them to take an easy action
you suggest, or to keep exposing your company information to them over time.
It's simple.. engage more of their senses and people will trust you quicker.
The quicker they trust you, the more likely they are to purchase from
you.... if you solve problems for them at a price they believe is value for
money.
We offer a cost effective incredible automated email response system that
will save you time and money. What sets us apart from the crowd is our
personalized, fast & friendly service.
8 Simple
Rules for Autoresponder Emails
Rule #1:
Don't overwhelm your prospects with all of the information about your
opportunity at once. Give them one or two "teasers" about your business that
will make them interested in getting in touch with you or talking with you
when you call them.
Rule #2: Keep your emails short and to the point.
Rule #3: Reference your personal experiences whenever possible...or
the stories of others in your business experiencing success. Testimonials
help prospects visualize themselves having success with your opportunity.
Rule #4: Make sure there's a clear call to action in your email.
Instruct prospects to call you or to email you for more information, etc. If
you don't tell them what to do, they won't do what you want.
Rule #5: Personalize your emails. Use the prospects name and use
details about yourself and your life to create a connection with the
prospect.
Rule #6: Include a P.S. at the end. Studies show that the majority of
people will read it, so it's a good idea to restate your call to action
again in your P.S.
Rule #7: Have a sense of urgency in your last 1-2 follow-up letters.
The fear of loss angle will prompt some people to respond, or at least check
out your web site/online presentation.
Rule #8: Know what your prospects want. Most prospects are interested
in making money from home, so no matter how great your product(s) are...make
sure you're aware of what excited them to respond in the first place and
what kind of information they are looking for.
